Position Title: IT Manger

Salary: up to 25K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus car allowances

About the Client:
An established multi-concept, all-day dining experience in Dubai with branches across UAE, KSA, France and UK.

Job Description:
• Oversee POS, KDS, CRM, and all tech systems across locations, ensuring smooth performance and real-time support.
• Work with operations and finance to align tech solutions with business goals and enhance efficiency.
• Manage system upgrades, data protection, and ensure compliance with policies and local regulations.
• Handle vendor relations and explore new technologies to drive growth and digital improvement.

Qualifications:
• At least 5years of experience from F&B/Hospitality industry as IT Manager
• Hands-on experience with restaurant POS systems
• Should have Strong understanding of network infrastructure, cloud-based tools, and security protocols
• Valid UAE driver's license and car is a must
