IT Manager

Job description / Role

• Oversee all IT operations and systems, including network, servers, and user support.
• Manage and lead a small IT team, ensuring smooth day-to-day technical support.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft 365, "Azure", and other cloud-based systems are mandatory.
• Ensure cybersecurity standards, data protection, and regular system backups.
• Collaborate with design and project teams to integrate and maintain software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management platforms.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor contracts, and procurement of hardware/software.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain IT policies, documentation, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide user training and promote technology best practices within the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of IT management experience, ideally within design, construction, or creative industries.
• Strong technical knowledge of **Microsoft Azure**, Office 365, networking, and security systems.
• Experience supporting software used in design environments (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.) is an advantage.
• Excellent leadership, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
