Position Title: IT Manager

Salary: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
-Own and manage Retail ERP and POS systems including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail
-Manage CRM, clientelling, and SMS marketing platforms
-Drive AI and automation initiatives to improve efficiency and insights. Own Power BI dashboards and reporting for sales, inventory, finance, and customer analytics
-Ensure smooth store operations across POS, inventory, pricing, promotions, and finance. Manage vendors, partners, SLAs, and application budgets

-Open to Indian nationals aged 45 and below with a minimum of 6 years’ experience in the fashion or apparel industry.
-Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, LS Retail (POS & Retail Operations), CRM, Campaign Management, AI Automation, and Power BI reporting
-Solid understanding of retail store infrastructure and networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, store connectivity)
-Proven experience supporting multi-store retail environments

Salary:
AED 16,000 to 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
