IT Manager - Retail Industry / Gold & Diamond Industry

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the IT department, ensuring the alignment of technology with business goals in the gold and diamond sector.
- Develop and implement IT strategies to enhance operational efficiency and support business growth.
- Manage IT projects, including software implementation, system upgrades, and cybersecurity initiatives.
- Ensure data integrity and security across all IT systems, implementing best practices in data management.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the organization competitive.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years in IT management, with experience in the gold and diamond industry preferred.
- Skills: Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, cybersecurity, and data management. Familiarity with industry-specific software and ERP systems is advantageous.

Salary:
AED 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
