Job description / Role
We are currently looking for an IT Network and Infrastructure Support Engineer based in Dubai. Reporting to the IT Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
• Supports G4S networks and infrastructure in Dubai, Sharjah and Abu Dhabi offices and branches.
• Troubleshooting Networks, Servers and Virtual environment, raised issues
• Manages suppliers through contracts and POs
• Supports ongoing networking and infrastructure projects
• IT documentation
Requirements
• Diploma / Degree in Computer, IT or related discipline from a reputable university
• Minimum 5 years work experience in supporting IT Networks, Servers and Infrastructure
• Strong English communication skills both verbal and written
• Microsoft and Cisco Certified, awareness of ITIL standards
• Troubleshooting skills and problems analysis mentality
• Can work under pressure and with sense of urgency
