Job description / Role
Responsibilities
• The operational analyst will support the data asset manager
• Check, monitor and track the budget
• Check the physical asset locations
• Track POs, invoices and payments
• Support in operational tasks
• Coordinate with the project management team for updates
• Researches, documents and resolves issues as they arise
• Provides sophisticated analytical, consulting and information support to senior management (e.g., reports, mid-level data analysis)
• Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data
• Recommends actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; studying proposed changes in methods and materials
• Collaborate with others on developing predictive models of user behaviors
• Leverage and improve existing reporting infrastructure to deliver timely, flawless business performance reporting and forward-looking analysis
• Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data
Requirements
Requirements
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• CA certified
• Bachelor degree
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Based in the UAE

• Taking initiative, and the appetite to roll up your sleeves
• Being able to work autonomously whilst also being a team player
• Being adaptable and flexible
• Creative thinker who anticipates issues before they materialize and can implement innovative solutions
• Previous start-up experience is a bonus
