* 7-10 years of experience in both IT operations and solution architecture, with expertise in managing budgets, forecasts, KPIs, SLAs, and procurement processes.
* Proven communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and manage multiple tasks effectively.
* In-depth knowledge of operational management systems, solution architecture design, and industry best practices.
* A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Solution Architecture, Operations Management, or a related field, along with mandatory ITSM certification
