We are now seeking an exceptional IT Procurement Analyst to join our award winning team based within our Abu Dhabi Office.

This critical role will be responsible for the procurement and contract management of computer hardware, peripherals and software licensing, with the goal of achieving significant initial cost reductions, while maintaining/improving product quality and supplier service levels.

Paramount to success within this varied role will include:
• Leading the procurement of IT goods and services.
• Administering and managing procurement activities, contracts and commercial relationships.
• Ensuring purchases are properly approved in terms of the organizational delegations of authority levels and purchases are raised using the electronic purchase-to-pay system.
• Translating businesses requirements, establishing and owning the business sourcing strategy.
• Maintaining customer focus in the delivery of products and services of the team.
• Vendor management, including leading negotiations.
• Owning IT Assets database and licenses.
• Performing tasks in compliance with KEO security programs and change management processes.
• Working with the other IT Delivery Groups to establish new and enhance existing work procedures to support sourcing arrangements.
• On needs basis, leading cross functional project teams in the delivery of specific sourcing.
• Reviewing and reporting to the business on supplier performance.
• Performing various clerical and administrative support tasks as required.

Requirements

To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT sourcing and procurement with a Bachelor's degree in IT, Business or Accounting or relevant experience as a purchasing analyst, buyer or procurement analyst.
