IT Project Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic IT Project Coordinator to join our team in Dubai, specializing in parking systems technology. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and seamless communication amongst cross-functional teams. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative technological solutions in the parking industry within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee IT project activities related to parking systems to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Collaborate with technical teams, vendors, and stakeholders to plan project phases and allocate resources effectively.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate delays.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes.
- Facilitate communication among project teams, management, and external partners to align objectives and expectations.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals and project budgets.
- Support the development and implementation of process improvements to optimize project outcomes.

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role within IT or technical environments, ideally with exposure to parking systems technology.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of technical terminology and concepts related to IT infrastructure and software development.
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the UAE region are a plus.

Salary:
AED 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
