About the IT Project Manager - Construction sector role

In this business critical IT Project Manager position, you will be part of the Dubai office of around 100 people including 30 people working in IT and will be reporting to the Head of IT projects based abroad as mentioned above. The IT Project Manager will work on multiple complex IT infrastructure and applications projects at the same time.

Key responsibilities

Financial
* The development and managements of projects budgets
* The tracking of projects budgets

Operations
* Creation, execution and review project work plan as appropriate to meet changing needs
* Systems and project planning, estimation, execution, implementation and resource management
* Identification of resources needs
* Establishing processes
* Management and creation of status reports to ensure project progression
* Preparation and review of documentation

Requirements

* 7+ years of experience in IT Project Management within the Construction industry
* A first successful experience in Europe or America as a Project Manager
* Proven experience in managing multiple projects at the same time
* Experience in delivering IT Infrastructure and Applications projects (such as ERP, Payroll systems...)
* Strong project financial skills.
* Bachelor degree in Computer sciences or above
* Project certification such as Prince II or PMP
* Autonomous & self-motivated - able to work with a manager who is based abroad
* Strong interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English
* Must be based in Dubai
