Job Purpose
• The Digital Transformation Project Manager is responsible for delivering successful outcomes for key business transformation projects via effective and pragmatic project management.
• The role ensures that digital transformation projects bring value to the business units and are properly initiated, planned and delivered within quality, scope, budget and timeline agreed.

Principal Accountabilities (Key Performance Areas)
• Deliver large scale projects from initiation, planning, execution and closure of the Digital transformation projects to the stabilization of the run and support activities of the same.
• Make sure that the business requirements of the different business units are fulfilled by the solutions delivered within quality, scope, budget and timeline agreed.
• Evaluate and manage the relevant third-party suppliers required to initiate and carry out the digital transformation of the Business Units processes and activities, as well as support and run activities.
• Manage a number of projects concurrently, projects within the scope of this role’s responsibilities are likely to include:
• Group-wide ERP implementation Data warehouse
• Websites and customer portals Business Intelligence and Analytics CRM
• Manage cross-functional projects, requirements, teams and stakeholders across the different business units of group.
• Develop executive materials covering project management updates, critical project paths, assessment of priorities, risks and key recommendations to drive successful delivery from both project and business perspectives.
• Engage in the risk management activities of the IT Projects.
• Design and coordination of internal project management deliverables.
• Change management identification / coordination with the supplier and the relevant stakeholders in the Organisation.
• Ensure that the Digital transformation projects are carried out in compliance with IT Standards and Guidelines, and with Corporate Policies.
• Ensure the digital solutions ecosystem evolves in line with organisational needs, new technologies and contribute to strategic business initiatives.
• Define and update the Project Management policies, practices and operational processes.
• Create, monitor, and report on a comprehensive set of metrics and KPIs based on the Projects deliverables, the IT service deliverables and the agreements above.

Requirements

Experience Required
• 5+ years' Project management experience in complex organizations, with at least 2 years of proven leadership/supervisory role.
• In depth experience and successful track record in delivering large scale IT projects.
• In depth experience and successful track record in managing suppliers and externalized services.
• Good experience in delivering ERP, CRM, Data, Analytics and Web projects.
• Familiarity with both waterfall and agile techniques and ability to scale methodologies to the requirements and nature of the project.

• Education and Qualifications Required
• University degree in Business Administration / Computer Science/ IT / Engineering
• Project Management certification: PMP / PMI / Scrum / Agile
• Previous work experience in UAE
