Job Description

Project Management

• Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to meet project objectives.
• Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Documentation & Note-Taking

• Take comprehensive notes during meetings, discussions, and project updates.
• Document key decisions, action items, and follow-up tasks for team accountability.
• Prepare detailed and concise reports for stakeholders.

IT Support & Technical Problem-Solving

• Address and resolve IT-related issues for the team or project as they arise.
• Act as a liaison between the team and external IT support if necessary.
• Maintain and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues to minimize downtime.

Programming & Technical Contributions

• Leverage programming expertise to support technical aspects of projects.
• Collaborate with developers to provide insights, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to coding tasks when needed.
• Ensure alignment between technical deliverables and overall project goals.

Follow-Up & Coordination

• Proactively follow up with team members and stakeholders to ensure task completion.
• Schedule and manage meetings, ensuring alignment across teams.
• Maintain a clear line of communication and escalate issues as necessary.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.

Experience

• 5+ years, with 2+ years of experience in project management.
• Strong programming background in languages such as Python, Java, C#, or similar.
• Proven experience in IT support or troubleshooting.

Skills

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Manage Engine).
• Strong technical problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or other relevant technical certifications.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices.
