Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related field

6-8 years managing large-scale banking technology merger integration or transformation programs in the banking sector in the Middle East; Jordan banking experience is preferred

Consulting background preferred, with strong stakeholder and workshop management, structured problem-solving, and report formalization skills

Knowledge of banking core business technologies (core banking systems, digital channels, enterprise applications, and control functions), as well as data migration strategies

Experience in IT ecosystem and architecture assessment, target-state definition, and delivery of technology master plans in regulated financial services environments

Ability to operate under tight timelines, manage competing priorities, and align multiple stakeholders
