IT Project Manager (Software)

Job description / Role

Responsibilities

- Experience as a Project Manager in software development projects, with a focus on agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Strong understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
- Experience with DevOps , Agile , PM tools and technologies, including version control systems
- Collaborating with management and departments to identify end-user requirements and specifications
- Designing algorithms and flowcharts to create new software programs and systems.
- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements. Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
- Developing technical documentation to guide future software development projects
- Understands client server and internet systems architectures. Experience with process improvement projects Microsoft Dot Net and SQL experience.
- Expertise in Microsoft technologies including; ASP.NET, Crystal Reports, Java, JavaScript, Jouery, .Net, MSQL Oracle , HTML. CSS, HTML. CSS, Boot strap, Third Party Plugin
- Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
- Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
- Certification in project management preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management.
- Experience working in the software industry is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
