Job description / Role
Our client is an IT company based in Abu Dhabi.
They are currently seeking a Technical Recruiter to join their busy team based in Abu Dhabi.
The Recruiter will be responsible for direct sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of specialised, highly technical positions. You will work closely the approved recruitment suppliers in the UAE and internationally and handle a high volume of technical niche roles, sourcing candidates internationally to tight deadlines.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of in-house or agency recruitment experience.
- MUST HAVE SPECIALISTED IN IT RECRUITMENT.
- Must be able to work from their office in Abu Dhabi.
- Must be confident in your knowledge of IT to be able to converse confidently with high level candidates.
- Be able to quickly form a strong rapport with senior level executives.
- Should have excellent judgement, maturity and trustworthiness.
- The ability to multi task and expertly manage your time is essential.
- Should be well-networked in the international IT industry.
- Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Must be proactive and resourceful; skilled at working independently and taking ownership over tasks and responsibilities.
