Job description / Role
We are in search for a Jr. Sales Account Manager for a fast growing privately owned networking and storage equipment Value Added Reseller (VAR). As the Jr. Sales Account Manager you will have a proven sales track record in the ICT Industry. You will be responsible for converting Leads into Sales, penetrating new segments, execution of marketing strategies and providing value addition solutions to customers.
• Develop plans for each managed account to reach maximum revenue in both short and long term.
• Create and actively pursue the listed key accounts by creating a unique plan of action to penetrate these accounts.
• Ensure relationship with key decision makers for existing and new accounts are well maintained and constantly improved.
• Identify customer needs and deploy a customer engagement plan.
• Implementing sales plan to achieve revenue target.
• Managing leads and maximize all business opportunities.
• Monitor and maintain sales report within the system.
• Cross-function collaboration to ensure completion of sales cycle and customer Satisfaction.
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: + Commission + Bonus
• Minimum 1-3 years of sales and account management experience - preferably hardware products (either from a system Integrator, VAR, or Distributor)
• Proven track record of sales and generation of new business.
• Great negotiation skills while having the ability to drive revenue.
• Effective communicator with strong relationship-building skills
• Able to work with diverse customers and work independently.
