Job description / Role
On behalf of our client, a leading provider of entertainment venues in the Middle East, we are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to be based in Dubai
The purpose of the role is to oversee the Service Delivery staff & activities to ensure that end users are receiving timely and professional support. This includes the responsibility of managing all procedures related to the identification, prioritization, escalation, and resolution of end user requests, including the monitoring, tracking, escalation and coordination of Service Delivery functions.
Responsibilities:
- Implementing, managing, maintaining and supporting the Business application: ticketing system, POS Application, access control system, F&B system, inventory system, POS H/W, retail system and overseeing shared services (Email, internet, shared folder, etc.).
- Implementation and support of Systems Infrastructure (Servers, Operating Systems, Backup).
- Required to work, collaborate and close IT Audit points on all in house IT applications, IT Infrastructure, Web Portals, IT Policy and procedures.
- Liaising with various vendors and service providers for creation, maintenance and renewal of contracts, repairs and technical support on their various products & equipment
- Keeping a watch on asset movements for ensuring software / hardware assets are within control
- Participates in the inventory management of software licenses, software, hardware and other IT equipment.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of IT Experience in a similar role preferably in Leisure & Entertainment Businesses.
- Fluent in English. (Arabic is an advantage)
- Flexible to travel
- Should be certified in ITIL, Microsoft, CISA/CISP, ISO& PMP preferable
