IT Specialist

Job description / Role

- Firewall Management
- VMware Management
- LAN / WAN Administration
- Windows Server Updates and OS patches
- Systems Installation
- Technical Support for all kinds of PC related Issues
- Monitoring Backup
- Overall management of CCTV and level 1 and 2 type of issues
- VPN monitoring between sites and global VPN Allocation
- Coordinating with the Consultants
- Inventory of all EDP equipments
- Co-ordinate with vendors for new projects and Project enhancements
- Biometric related issues
- Setting up PCs and WiFi Access

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

- Minimum of 8 years work experience in IT Engineer role
- Cisco Certified Network Associate is preferable
- Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing and active listening
- Proficient in solving real-time challenges swiftly
- Ability to communicate fluently and relay information across departments in an effective manner
- A skilled professional with a knack for problem-solving and thinking critically
