IT Supervisor

Job description / Role

We are looking for a dedicated outsourced IT professional to fill the position of IT Supervisor. This person will be based in his or her come country and working from home but interacting with our team on a daily and even hourly basis in some cases.

- This is a long-term contract which will include a probation period
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to do one or two mock tests to test their IT knowledge and/or their ability to learn new topics quickly and effectively.
- Candidate will act as a main point of contact between Operations/Sales teams and our current IT team (2 individuals)
- Must be dedicated and available during our working hours (see below)
- At least 10 years of previous IT experience in a similar role
- Should be available to come to Dubai for training purposed when required
- Must be a self-driven profession who is willing to continuously learn and experiment with new solutions
- Good training skills since position will require to train and support other colleagues
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to document learnings and write out mini manuals for other staff to follow

Salary:
AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Additional benefits: round trip to home country, insurance, 30 days holidays

Requirements

This position requires someone who is a self-learner and can quickly learn, assimilate and deploy new solutions in a matter of days. Currently, this is what we foresee as required technical experience:

- Microsoft Solutions Expert (including Azure)
- PowerShell Scripting
- Imaging and Deploying Image over wireless network
- Azure and onsite AD
- ADFS
- Pushing software to devices using Domain Server
- Wireless security
- Net Support DNA
- Net Support Classroom Management
- Remote Authentication Dial-In User Service (RADIUS) experience

Previous experience is the above is a strong plus since all will be part of day to day activities
