Job description / Role
Company: A leading system integrator company in UAE working on IT projects for the Abu Dhabi Government.
Role: Experience with Q-System and ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus, System and device support, coordinate support and tickets handle and follow up activity, generate required reports.
Compensation: 13500 Dhs + Benefits
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelors level degree in Computers/IT.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Other relevant IT Certifications.
- Fluent in Arabic and English languages.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Abu Dhabi currently.
- Excellent communication skills.
