Job description / Role

Smart Align Technology is looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (particularly in MS Intune and MS Entra) and a background in networking technologies (Unifi and Omada would be ideal).

You will be responsible for assisting our clients with device onboarding, troubleshooting, network setup, and day-to-day technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot devices enrolled in Microsoft Intune
• Support and maintain users in the Microsoft 365 environment (Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)
• Assist in network deployment, configuration, and support for Unifi and Omada devices
• Provide remote and onsite IT support to clients as needed
• Maintain documentation for client environments and support history
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures, including data security standards
• Assist in onboarding/offboarding users, device lifecycle management, and license allocation

• Proven experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Entra
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, and Exchange Online
• Familiarity with Unifi and Omada network systems (would be a advantage)
• Basic understanding of firewall, VPN, and LAN/WAN/vLAN configurations
• Ability to work independently and in a client-facing role
• Good communication and documentation skills

Preferred but Not Required:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field (preferred)
• Experience in Apple device management (ABM)
• Microsoft or CompTIA certifications
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools (e.g., Zoho Assist)

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,300 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
