IT - Network Administration
Retail
• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to end users via helpdesk, phone, or onsite
• Log, track, and resolve helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs. Escalate issues to higher levels or vendors when necessary
• Maintain accurate IT asset inventory, including hardware and software records
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees from an IT perspective
Requirements:
• Tagalog Speaker, Female, age below 35 yrs old preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in information technology/ computer science/ information systems
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT Support / IT Operations / Helpdesk roles
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory / Entra ID
• Immediate joiner Preferred
Salary:
AED
5,000 to 6,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
