IT Support Engineer

Job description / Role

- Able to Install and Support:
• IT Hardware Systems (CPU/MAC, Monitor, Printers etc.)
• Windows/Mac latest Operating Systems
• NAS storage systems
• Network (LAN and wireless setup) setup, Video conference systems, Telephony systems
• User desktop/Mac applications – Office 365, Adobe CC, NAS storage access and maintenance, Digital Access
• Management across systems, iCal, Outlook.
• Photoshoot setup with Nikon and Canon Cameras and softwares
• Photoshoot setup with strobe lighting and camera tethering

- Familiar with:
• Monitor calibration for Macs
• Printing calibration (Noritsu & Epson)

- Basic understand of photographic concepts
- Maintain performance and high service availability for IT systems
- Liaise with suppliers and providers for support
- Conduct technology evaluations and recommend

Requirements

- Knowledge on hardware (Desktop, MAC, DSLR Cameras, Printers etc.)and troubleshooting capability
- Knowledge of Various operating systems (Windows/ MAC OS)
- Knowledge of softwares like Adobe CC, Office 365 suite, Operating systems (windows/MAC), Active Directory
- Knowledge of NAS storage solution
- Knowledge of Network Technologies (IP, Routing, Wan Switches, Routers, Wireless, VPN, Unified Communications)
- Would report into IT Manager
- Graduate with experience in similar role for 2-3 years
