Job description / Role
• Monitor and maintain customer computer systems, install and configure hardware and software, diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems/networking issues
• Accountable for the smooth running of the hardware and software computer peripherals and ensuring that all the technical issues or/and changes required is attended in a highly efficient and qualitative manner remotely.
• Ensure network security through access controls, backups & firewalls
Requirements
• Must have strong skills in troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
• Ability to work well with people and the in-house systems
• In depth understanding of Operating Systems, Computer Networks, hardware, Systems Software, applications software and all configurations
• Proficient in English
• Arabic, French, Dutch or German are a plus
