Job description / Role
Hiring-IT Support Engineer-4 Months Extendable Contract
We have an opening for Desktop Support Engineer with minimum 5 years of experience with the below mentioned skills:
• Proven work experience with Manage Engine Tools (Monitoring, ESM, Service Desk, Desktop Central)
• Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer or similar role with experience in Windows, M365 and Mac IOS
• Hands-on experience with Windows OS environments, Office Applications, AV Equipment’s. Working knowledge of Outlook, Office365 Products, VPN and computer peripherals, Experience in Network Managed Secured Printers, scanners etc.
• Knowledge of network security practices, end point technologies and anti-virus programs ? Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills, OS installation/Re-Imaging via network boot and USB.
• Customer-oriented attitude
• BSc in Computer Science or relevant field
• Position: IT Support Engineer
• Duration:4 Months Renewable
• Payroll: Raqmiyat LLC
• Location: Dubai-UAE
