IT Support Engineer

Job description / Role

Our client is looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to provide technical support, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure seamless operation of enterprise systems. In this role, you will work with ERPs, Genesys Omnichannel, and ITIL frameworks, while applying your cybersecurity knowledge to maintain a secure IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for network and system issues.
- Manage and support ERPs, Genesys Omnichannel, and ITIL-based processes.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining cybersecurity best practices.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

- 2 - 4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with network support, ITIL, ERPs, and Genesys Omnichannel.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Basic cybersecurity knowledge.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
