Position Title: IT Support Specialist

About the Client:
A well recognized trading group for all telecommunications and satellite solutions, based in Dubai with global partners.

Job Description:
• Work on different platform supporting programs of MS Office, Windows, Microsoft Products, OS, Domain configuration, Email/Exchange server, MS Office365/Azure, Apple MAC etc.
• Handle all desktop/Laptop/Server configurations within the company including Android, Apple, Cloud products and services.
• Do network configuration, switches, routers, VPN, IP PABX, LAN configurations and cloud business applications.
• Do maintenance and updates on POS applications, ERP Systems (Orion, Tally etc.) as well as usage for NAS & SAN storage devices
• Assist in planning and implementing changes to workstations and/or servers’ environment and services and review of operational procedures and workflow and suggest improvement.

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationality
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/Comp/Science any related field
• At least 5 years’ experience in IT administration
• Certified Microsoft System Admin or Basic Network Certification such as CCNA is an advantage
• Candidates who can join immediately will be prioritized
