IT & System Administrator

Job description / Role

Network Administration:
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Network devices (Switches, Routers, Concentrators, Firewall, Wireless AP).
- knowledge in designing and configuration of VOIP (Avaya, Cisco SIP and troubleshooting any issues related to that.

Desktop Support:
- Experience with End user Support (hardware/Software) including Desktop, Laptop and Printers "solving skills/oriented"

Server Administration:
- Knowledge of TCP/IP based heterogeneous networking o LDAP / Active Directory, DNS, File permissions, Virtualization (VMware, and Hyper-V)
- Experience in managing Servers (Windows 2008/2012), Mail Servers (Microsoft Exchange 2013/Cloud ), SharePoint 2013, Backup (Veeam, HP Data Protector, etc.), File servers, Antivirus Enterprise version, Help desk management, Patch script writing ,
- Maintain Scheduled backup operations for the servers.

- Vendors, agencies

Requirements

- B-Tech (Bachelor of Technology) in Computer Science Engineering
- MCSA Windows Server 2008 or 2012.
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2013
- CCNA
- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation
- 4+ Years in similar role
