Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled professional to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, network security, backup systems, telephony, and compliance operations. This role requires a well-rounded individual with expertise across systems administration, network management, and end-user support, ensuring efficient and secure business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

Systems & Infrastructure

• Administer and maintain Active Directory, user accounts, permissions, and group policies.
• Manage and optimize VMware ESXi environments and NAS storage solutions.
• Deploy and maintain reliable Veeam Backup infrastructure for data protection and disaster recovery.

Network & Security:

• Configure, monitor, and secure networks using Fortinet firewalls, DrayTek routers, and VPNs.
• Implement and manage endpoint protection via Kaspersky Endpoint Security across all devices.
• Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity or security issues.

Telephony & Communication

• Administer & troubleshoot 3CX, Yeastar, and Quemetrics VoIP systems.
• Manage SIP configurations for optimal telephony performance and availability.
• Coordinate with service providers for telephony infrastructure improvements.

Backup & Virtualization

• Design, execute, and test backup and disaster recovery plans using Veeam.
• Maintain and support VMware-based virtual environments, ensuring high availability.

Web & Productivity Tools

• Perform content updates and maintenance on the company’s WordPress-based websites.
• Support and manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft Office 365.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and training materials.

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, VMware, Veeam, and NAS systems.
• Strong understanding of network and security fundamentals.
• Familiarity with VoIP systems and SIP protocol configuration.
• Ability to produce clear and concise technical documentation.
• Experience with WordPress and Office 365 platforms.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive, solution-driven mindset.

• VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
• Fortinet NSE Certification
• Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
• Microsoft 365 Certified
• CompTIA Network+ / Security+
