The role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT technician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and supporting the center’s IT infrastructure, ensuring that all staff and students have access to reliable and secure technology resources.

The IT technician will provide technical support, manage hardware and software installations, troubleshoot issues, and assist in implementing IT solutions that enhance teaching, learning, and administrative operations.

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in IT support, preferably in an educational or not-for-profit setting.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, network management, printers, and peripheral devices.
• Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing timely technical support.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, cloud-based systems, and data security best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• A proactive and service-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
