Italian Chef De Partie - AED 18,000/-
Location: Dubai

Our Client, originating from Italy and establishing their operations in the early seventies, has expanded into the UAE servicing clients across diverse industries.
Producing thousands of meals per day, catering to a variety of clients within Educational institutions, Hospitals, Corporate events, Parties, Health and Fitness Facilities etc.

Catering to any size or format, they pride themselves as being a leader in high quality products, freshness and health

As a result of this expansion we are seeking Italian Chef De Partie for the catering services.

Key responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Responsible for developing one of their own restaurant franchise (Italian cuisine)

• Preparing Italian cuisine for mutable clients within the UAE

• Plan and Manage menu preparation

• Manage the preparation and presentation of food products to ensure quality at all times

• Maintain the highest standards of Food Hygiene, and adherence with all Health and Safety standards

• Ensure all work areas in the kitchen are kept tidy and clean

• To liaise with management daily regarding special requirements

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience

• Italian national required

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Candidates with UAE experience is preferred and they must currently be in the UAE or GCC
