Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

In order to develop the volume of feed sold and provide valuable feed back to the company, he/she understands the farmer’s daily work, needs and provides professional assessment about the products and correct feeding practices in order to improve that could enhance their animal production performance.

CORE FUNCTIONS:
• Understand customer’s motivations, needs, changing trends, providing advice to the farmers for the right use and benefits of our products.
• Performs direct visits to farmers or joint the distributors in order to promote the products and increase the volume sales.
• Provides technical consultation in the distributors and municipality outlets about our products performance and recommendations according to the customers’ needs.
• Makes customer inspections to collect data and report Biodata (census) and map of the territory:
• Total number of IZBAS and sizes
• Users and non-users
• Potential new clients
• Agrivita products availability
• Historical feeding
• Makes market outlets inspections to collect data for the market mapping of the territory, as well as information about the competitors.
• Contributes to the sales performance by addressing to the distributors and municipality outlets personnel about the priorities and focus.
• Reports about the quality, service, deliveries and availability of the products when visiting the distributors and municipality outlets.
• Ensure to update his/ her individual technical & commercial capability
• Ensure active participations in regular sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.

Requirements

• Diploma
• 5 years’ experience, plus technical certifications as required
