Join our dynamic team as a Japanese Language Agent focused on Conversion and Retention, where you will use your language expertise and customer service skills to engage and retain valued customers. Based in vibrant Dubai, you will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Engage with Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service and support.
- Identify opportunities to convert inquiries into sales and successfully retain existing customers.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support retention strategies and campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

- Fluency in Japanese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience in call center, customer service, or sales roles, preferably in conversion and retention.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to handle challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism.
- Proficient with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
- Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends as per business requirements.
- Positive attitude, team player, with a passion for delivering high-quality customer experience.

Salary:
USD 2,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
