Java Developer for UAE
Job Description:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Java Developer to join a globally recognized organization operating in the Middle East, the successful individual will be working onsite from their Saudi Arabia, Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.
* Proficient in J2EE, Spring 3.x, Hibernate, Jasper Reports, iBatis, Struts, JBOSS Application Server 5 on Redhat Linux, Oracle PLSQL, maven, Version control (Subversion) features.
* Knowledge in HTML5 / CSS3, jQuery and Bootstrap mobile development frameworks and Responsive UI development.
* Bachelor s degree in computer science or related field required; master s degree is a plus
* Java certification preferred
* Experience in the Spring Framework
* Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer
* Experience in IT field, preferably in a corporate setting
* Solid working knowledge of Java & J2EE technologies
* Significant experience working with SQL and HTML
* Familiarity with JIRA is a plus
* Experience with database usage and management
* Proven hands-on Software Development experience
* Proven working experience in Java development
* Expected to work under minimal supervision and deliver quality solutions within agreed deadlines.
* Good knowledge in secure coding guidelines Experience in Agile methodology.
