Job description / Role
We are currently recruiting a Java Developer (Arabic Speaking) on behalf of a leading digital agency with extensive project operations in Dubai. Due to winning a prestigious project a client facing Technical Resource is required on a permanent basis to support key integrations with third party and client’s proprietary systems to create bespoke solutions.
Requirements
Applications are sought from those with the following experience;
• 7+ years of overall progressive experience in large-scale digital project
• 3+ years of Java programming experience
• 3+ years of SQL programming experience with strong relational database knowledge; including the ability to write, analyze, and debug queries
• 3+ years of experience with JavaScript libraries such as ExtJS and jQuer
• 3+ years of design and development experience with enterprise-grade, java-based leading CMS solution (e.g. Adobe CQ5, IBM Experience Manager, Sitcore, SDL, Liferay, Magnolia CMS preferred).
• Experience to include: solutions architecture, page templates, components, bundles and JCR queries
• Working knowledge of a PM methodology (PMI, SCRUM)
• Technical Skills
• Good knowledge of JAVA/JEE
• Good knowledge of JBoss and Apache
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and main Javascript frameworks (JQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, ExtJS, ecc.)
• Good knowledge of RDBMS (mySQL, MSSQL, Postgresql, Oracle) and NOSQL database (MongoDB
• Good knowledge of Spring framework, Tomcat, Hibernate, Maven, SVN and/or GIT
• Excellent command of English and a Bachelors Degree in Computer/Information Sciences
