Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Objective: Successfully convert prospective sales into actual sales.

Principal Accountabilities:
• Achieving Sales targets.
• Ensure that the shop meets Company’s standards
• To update product knowledge of own products and competitor’s products
• To greet all persons entering the shop, assess and understand customers requirements and aspirations and invite them to the specific counter, ensure o customer is unattended.
• Provide all required product and price information to the customer and effectively close the sale, request supervisor to take over in event of any difficulty.
• Prepare invoices s thoroughly without any corrections or over-writing for all sales made.
• Ensure proper amount of payments are received from the customer and proper change/balance amount are returned, ensures of proper procedures are followed in case of credit card sales.
• Prepare and submit the Daily Sales Report to the Shop In-charge/Area Sales Manager
• Participate in all stock-taking exercises.

Requirements

• Excellent communication English, knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
• Display initiative.
• Time bound and organized.
• Excellent negotiation skills.
• Excellent team management skills.
* Candidate must have at least 2 years of jewellery sales experience
