Job description / Role
Job Objective: Successfully convert prospective sales into actual sales.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure every customer is served with a high standard of service in elation to selling our products and exceeding their expectations at all times.
• Provide all required product and price information to the customer and effectively close the sale, request supervisor to take over in event of any difficulty.
• Prepare invoices thoroughly without any corrections or over-writing for all sales made.
• Ensure proper amount of payments are received from the customers and proper change/balance amount are returned, ensures of proper procedures are followed in case of credit card sales.
• 5.Prepare and Submit the Daily Sales Report to the Shop Incharge/Area Sales Supervisor.
• To check accuracy and proper functioning of weighing scales, calculators, diamond testers and other equipment.
• To clean, polish and rearrange all product display materials in use or not and report to supervisor excessive display material lying unutilized.
• Participate in all stock taking procedures.
Requirements
• At least 3-5 years experience in Jewellery Industry.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic is a definite advantage.
• Be initiative and Customer focused..
• Time bound, organized and target oriented.
• Excellent negotiation and selling skills.
