Job description / Role
A new opportunity to join a large, successful business in the UAE to lead the analysis, evaluation and grading of the organisation job roles and work with the Compensation team on policies.
Client Details
A large organisation based based in the UAE with a large employee headcount globally.
Description
* Use job evaluation methodologies such as Hay Group or Willis Towers Watson to assess current job roles in the organisation
* Evaluate job descriptions and competencies and develop new ones where required
* Analyse pay and grading structures and ensure job families fit into the new structure
* Benchmark salary gradings to competitors and local market
* Work with the Compensation and Performance Management teams to ensure all job roles are streamlined and consistent across the organisation

Requirements
* Previous experience as a Consultant in Organisational Design and Job Evaluations would be highly desirable.
* MUST have experience in job evaluation and salary grading as a core part of your previous role with a strong understanding of compensation & benefits.
* Excellent communication and influencing skills, proven track record working with senior stakeholders
* Team leader experience, be able to manage a small team (2-3)
* Applicants must be currently based in the UAE, can work in Abu Dhabi
