Position Title: Joinery Draftsman – High-End Villa Projects

Salary: up to 10,000 AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based design and build firm specializing in high-end residential renovations for luxury villas and private residences.

Job Description:
• Prepare precise and detailed shop drawings for custom joinery items based on architectural and interior design plans, ensuring accuracy in dimensions, materials, and finishing details.
• Coordinate with the production and site teams to clarify technical details, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all drawings meet project and client specifications.
• Apply strong knowledge in measurements, cutting lists, edges, and joinery detailing to deliver high-quality and production-ready drawings.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to develop clear, professional, and efficient layouts, while maintaining strict attention to detail and design standards.

• Open to male Asian nationals ages up to 35 years old.
• Degree in Architecture or related field with 3–5 years’ experience in joinery or interior fit-out drafting for luxury residential/villa projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (SketchUp/Revit or similar required) with strong technical skills in detailing, measurement, materials, and manufacturing processes.
• Detail-oriented and communicative, able to read and interpret drawings, apply UAE fit-out standards, and provide value-engineered design solutions; 3D visualization and team supervision skills are a plus.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
