Position Title: Joinery Estimator
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A modern, reliable carpentry and joinery services across Middle East

Job Description:
- Ensure all aspects of the project are covered, including site visits for gathering essential information
- Analyze drawings and prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) with detailed specifications
- Use estimation models and tools to break down costs, factoring in labor, materials, and time requirements
- Work closely with subcontractors to obtain pricing for various project elements
- Maintain a cost database, prepare estimates, and present detailed reports on project costs and trends

- Male, 45 yers old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any related field
- At least 5 years of experience from interior fit-out and joinery industry
