Our client is an Oil & Gas operator company based in Dubai. The development & production company is looking to hire an experienced Joint Venture and Inventory Accounting Manager to oversee the North Sea Joint Venture accounting team based in Dubai and Aberdeen. In addition to the inventory accountant in Aberdeen.
Client Details
Our client is one of the largest UK independent oil producers in the UK North Sea. They are currently looking to expand their current finance and accounting function and have introduced a brand-new position of a Joint Venture and Inventory Accounting Manager.
Description
Must have for the JV & Inventory Accounting Manager:
* Strong Communication skills - Dubai and Aberdeen cross functional communications across the business
* Strong People Management Experience - Effectively manage the team in Dubai and indirect reports based in Aberdeen
* Extensive JV experience within an Oil and Gas Company - Must have worked in Oil and Gas previously and understanding the JV function
Job Offer
The successful candidate for this role will be offered a competitive monthly salary, all-inclusive of basic, housing and transport allowances. Requirements
The successful candidate for this Joint Venture and Inventory Accounting Manager:
* Professionally qualified individual (ACCA, CMA, CA)
* A joint venture accounting and inventory management experience gained in an Oil and Gas operator environment
* Be able to lead and develop teams, be able to manager teams based in multiple geographic locations
* Can demonstrate strong leadership skills like : Coaching and Mentoring & People Performance Management
