Female Jr. Business Development Executive / Business Development Executive Up to 15k AED for an Event Management Company in Dubai

Job Description:
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

Candidate Profile:

- Female, below 35 years old

Education/Experience Required:
- Degree holder of Business Management or any relevant course
- Minimum 4 years of experience preferably in events management industry
- Enthusiastic about sustainable customer development and must be sales driven
- Extensive networking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to drive change and deliver targeted results
- Powerful leading skills and business orientation
- Customer management skills and strong organizational skills
