Jr. MEP Estimator

Job description / Role

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems based on project requirements.
• Study drawings , specifications, and documentation for cost estimation.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, and suppliers to gather information.
• Assist in preparing bids and proposals.
• Familiar with estimation software like Plan Swift for take off and Candy for cost calculations.
• Evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers for accuracy.
• Tender Site Surveys
• Coordinate with the Civil Estimation Team

• 2 to 5 years of MEP estimation experience in UAE
• Mechanical background - degree in mechanical engineering
• Mechanical system Design knowledge
• Previous experience with an MEP subcontractor/ Main Contractor in the UAE
