Position Title: Jr. Sous Chef
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 8.3K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
An All-day, high-end casual dining in the heart of Dubai serving their specialty of Mediterranean cuisine and premium shisha
Job Description:
• Ensure food quality and excellent standards are maintained for all dishes created
• Ensure the kitchen meets all regulations including sanitary and food safety guidelines
• Direct the food preparation process and delegate tasks
• Assist the Head Chef to create menu items, recipes and develop dishes
• Supervise, motivate, and work closely with other Chefs of all levels
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationalities
• Male, 40 years old and below
• Minimum 3 years UAE experience from a mid or high-end casual dining restaurant
• Experience in Mediterranean cuisine is an advantage
