Job Details
• Executes preventive & Corrective maintenance accordingly to the instruction given by the Supervisor with full compliance to SOPs and Site Safety rules and regulations.
• Usage of suitable PPE for work safety; fencing/cover/door opened for any work/reason must be closed immediately after completion of the task before the machine is turned live.
• Carries out periodical checks/maintenance inspections stating on the check list.
• Understanding all Electrical / Mechanical Components in the System , fault analysis & troubleshooting.
• Familiarization of all the Electrical drawing in the Panel & understanding electrical connections.
• In the event of a baggage jam or any other problem in their work area they will immediately intervene, in line with the procedure applicable and in close co-ordination with the control room
• Ensure means of communications through Radio is available all the time and remain in close communication with his supervisor and other staff of BHS
• Analyze and seeks for continuous improvements on the field
• Takes charge of the tools required for the shift’s job task and ensure their proper usage and maintenance
• Adheres all safety rules, regulations and take appropriate precautions at all times during working hours
• Safety: Will be responsible / accountable to follow occupational health, safety, security, environment and quality as stipulated in OHSMS P03, Project HSSE Plan section 4, SDME EP05 and SDME QP03
Salary:
AED
2500
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements
Required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Process Automation Industry or Industrial Plants with hands-on knowledge of operations, maintenance, technical troubleshooting of automated systems
• Analytic methods: root cause analysis etc.
• Reviewing and assessing of current processes and deduction of improvements
• Understanding of BHS material flow
• Awareness /Knowledge of quality/safety procedures
• Good communication Skills
• The Electrical / Mechanical Technician shall be Industrial Training Institute certified (ITI)
• Being able to be responsible for a small group of maintenance assistants.
• Mandatory to communicate in English language and important to have worked in different cultural areas adapting to the cultural work ethics
