Job purpose

The Juice Junky is responsible for ensuring juices are prepared to consistently meet the brand's standards while delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Provide quality beverages and food products consistently to all customers, adhering to set recipes, presentation standards, and health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Follow basic mandatory work instructions to maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that team members can easily locate needed resources and products.
  • Prepare packaged food items, including vegetables, yogurt, and frozen fruits.
  • Set up the store for opening and closing according to established standards.
  • Handle cash in accordance with operational policies and procedures.
  • Follow a clear and mandatory procedure to ensure work is completed according to the required quality standards, and completes all tasks assigned by senior management.
  • Carry out responsibilities while promoting the group's values and the brand's image, maintaining a calm presence during busy or special events, and ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and tidiness at all times.
  • Replenish necessary items from the stock room to the shop and place them in the designated areas at the bar.

Qualifications

Language & technical skills

  • Fluency in English.
  • Fluency in Arabic is a plus.

Specific expertise

  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures.

Education

High school degree.

Experience

Zero to two years of experience in F&B operations, or in a similar role.
