Junior Accountant

Job description / Role

We are a growing real estate company committed to delivering exceptional services. We are looking for a detail-oriented Accountant with at least 1 year of experience in the real estate industry to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial records and ensure accuracy in accounting entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Support the preparation of tax filings and compliance reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of accounting experience in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Zoho).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
