Junior Accountant

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our manufacturing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated individual eager to develop their accounting skills and contribute to financial accuracy and efficiency within a dynamic production environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports with accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain general ledger accounts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for reporting.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards and local regulatory requirements.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date accounting records.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work proactively both independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and eagerness to learn.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance roles is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Tagalog is a MUST

Salary:
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
