Job description / Role
To be Based in Abu Dhabi, we are looking for a self-starter 3D Visualizer / Junior Architect with experience to Create an Commercial / Office Interior Designs and to develop the concept by means of high-quality, realistic 3D Visuals Renderings, walkthroughs, shop drawings, animations, and presentations.
• The candidate must have attention to detail with presentation skills with adequate design experience in Office & Retail interiors including developing the implementation of the plan with Finishes Selection, Elevation Drawings and MEP Shop Drawings.
KEY SKILLS:
• Extensive knowledge and expertise with design software such as AutoCAD, SKETCHUP, 3D Max, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lumion, V-Ray, Corona, After-Effects, and other special effects software.
• Communication Skill - English verbal and written knowledge.
• An Ideal Candidate we are in search of should be an Active person with a pleasant attitude, confident, outgoing personality with flexibility to deliver projects in the given timescale.
Requirements
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE
• A degree in Architecture or related qualifications with technical certification are preferred.
• The Degree Certificate should be valid and attested for visa application process.
• Minimum of 2/3 years’ experience as a Junior Architect/3D visualizer with supporting Design Portfolio for reference of work carried out.
• Candidate on Visit Visa or Seeking Employment Change within UAE is preferred for urgent closure.
