Position Title: Jr. Architect
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A premium bakery brand in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining flavors with contemporary innovation.

Job Description:
• Develop architectural concepts and produce detailed 2D/3D drawings, plans, elevations, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and contractor teams, ensuring compliance with codes and project requirements.
• Conduct site visits, resolve design issues, and ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
• Present design proposals, incorporate client feedback, and update documentation throughout all project stage.

• Open to female Asian & Arabic nationals aged 40 years old and below.
• Bachelor’s degree in architecture; master’s degree is an advantage.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design with strong knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction methods.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and related design tools with strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
